At Accurate Claims Company, LLC, we work with each customer to determine their specific needs. Our experienced consultants act as a representative of your company when communicating with the responsible insurance company as well as the homeowner or business owner. We take a hands-on approach by inspecting the property, providing an estimate inclusive of all damages, and coming to an agreed upon scope of damages with the insurance company's adjuster.
Our consultants perform pre-inspections to properties to determine efficacy of an insurance claim. We then work directly with the property insurance provider's representative to come to an agreement on the scope of damages after an event.
When an adjuster is scheduled for an on-site inspection, one of our consultants will be there to walk the property and asses damages. Our consultant will then build an estimate, provide it to the adjuster, and resolve any discrepancies.

Our consultants will also provide COC's upon completion of repairs to damaged properties.

Sometimes, property insurance claims do not go as expected, or agreements on required repairs cannot be reached. In these cases, our consultants provide escalation services, such as DOI complaints, Itel submissions, and code requests to town building enforcement departments.
